Suggested timeThe show plus an hour for the line and entry

The venue is at the back of the World Trade Center, at Calle Dakota 95, Colonia Nápoles. On show days the line often starts forming on the streets of Nápoles hours ahead.

About the venue

  • It’s a high-ceilinged multipurpose hall with a flat general-admission floor: most of the crowd stands.
  • Bars along the sides of the floor serve drinks and fast food.
  • Entry includes a security check and a scan of your ticket, digital or printed.
  • Next to the World Trade Center stands the Polyforum Cultural Siqueiros, covered in outdoor murals by David Alfaro Siqueiros.

Getting there from Hotel Emma Boutique

  • Metrobús: walk about 800 m to Glorieta de Insurgentes and take Line 1 south toward El Caminero. Get off at Poliforum, across from the World Trade Center, and walk around the complex to the venue at the back.
  • Taxi or app: about 3.6 km down Insurgentes. Ask to be dropped on Calle Dakota, on the venue side, so you don’t have to walk around the complex.

The station is spelled “Poliforum,” with an i, even though the building next door is the Polyforum Siqueiros.

Getting back at night

On the way back, take Metrobús Line 1 north toward Indios Verdes and get off at Insurgentes. Regular service ends around midnight; on Fridays and Saturdays it runs until about 1:00, but confirm on the Metrobús website first. At that hour a taxi or app ride straight to the hotel is easier: walk a block away from the exit to find a car faster.

Tips

  • Bring your ticket in the Ticketmaster app, a charged phone and ID.
  • Carry a small bag: outside food and drinks, aerosols, professional cameras and sharp objects are generally not allowed.
  • If you want a good spot on the floor, arrive before doors open.
  • Have dinner in Roma or Condesa first: the ride back to the hotel is short.
