Your options to and from the airport

  • Authorized taxi: buy a ticket at the booths inside arrivals and ride straight to the hotel door.
  • Metro: Terminal Aérea station on Line 5 sits next to Terminal 1 and connects at Pantitlán with Line 1, which stops at Sevilla, 200 m from the hotel.
  • Metrobús: the Line 4 airport route leaves from Amajac station on Paseo de la Reforma, crosses the historic center and serves both terminals.
  • Between terminals: besides the bus from Reforma, since August 2026 a Metrobús route runs only between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2.

Getting between the airport and the hotel

By taxi: the easiest choice with luggage. At the authorized taxi booth, give the full address: Calle Puebla 289, Colonia Roma Norte.

By Metro, from Terminal 1: take Line 5 at Terminal Aérea toward Pantitlán, two stops. At Pantitlán change to Line 1 toward Observatorio and get off at Sevilla. To the airport, reverse it: Line 1 toward Pantitlán, then Line 5 toward Politécnico.

By Metrobús: from the hotel, walk about 11 minutes to El Ángel stop on Reforma and take Line 7 toward Indios Verdes to Amajac. There, board the Line 4 airport route and check which terminal you need. On the way back, take the bus marked “Amajac”.

Tips

  • Only use authorized taxis booked inside the terminal; turn down offers in the hallways.
  • On the Metro with big suitcases, avoid morning and evening rush hours: the cars are packed.
  • The transfer at Pantitlán involves a long walk; with heavy luggage, a taxi is worth it.
  • For early flights, remember the Metro opens at 5:00 on weekdays and later on weekends.
  • Plan for traffic: at weekday rush hour the drive can take twice as long.
